About the Author

Let me introduce myself. My name is Roger Waters, I've been a firefighter for 23 years. I'm a Battalion Chief with a city Fire Department in Colorado. Our Department serves a community of nearly 100,000 citizens. In 2011 our department ran 10,600 calls. 

I also teach Fire Science classes, Emergency Medical classes and at the Fire Academy. I enjoy watching, and helping, young fire fighters embark on their careers.
